DEFINITIONS 

Administrator – Mental Health Center Sp. z o. o.with registered office in Kraków, at Poznańska 6/4, 30-012 Kraków, entered into the Register of Businesses of the National Court Register (KRS) Kraków-Przedmieście, XI Economic Division under KRS No. 0000863201, National Business Registry Number: 387240922, TIN: 6772456921, share capital 5 000 zł (contributed in full).

Cookies – IT data, small text files saved and stored on devices through which User accesses the Administrator’s website.

Device – an electronic device through which User gains access to the Administrator’s website.

User – means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services can be provided or with whom a service agreement can be concluded.

USE OF COOKIES

1. The Administrator uses Cookies through the website www.mhcenter.pl (“Website”).

2. Information collected on the basis of Cookies is used to adjust Website’s content to User’s preferences and to optimise the use of websites, in particular, these files allow for identifying the User’s device and displaying the website properly, adapted to their individual needs; and to create statistics that help understand how Users access websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content.

3. Cookies register the activity of the website User by recognizing the device, so that the website is displayed in a way optimised to individual User’s preferences.

4. The solutions applied on the website are safe for devices of Users accessing the Administrator’s website.

5. The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:

a) Session Cookies: files which are stored on the User’s device and which remain there until the end of the browser session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the device memory.

b) Session Cookies mechanism does not allow to collect any personal data or confidential information from the User’s device.

c) Persistent Cookies: files which are stored on the User’s device and which remain there until they are deleted. Ending a session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the device. Persistent Cookies mechanism does not allow to collect any personal data or confidential information from the User’s device.

6. The website uses the following third-party tracking technologies:

A. social plugins such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube – through the plugins, it is possible to directly link a profile on the indicated websites. These websites can then obtain information about the User’s visits on the website from their IP address. Please be informed that if the User visits the Website, while logged in to their social profiles, the information about their visit will be registered on those social sites. Even if the User is not logged in, social sites are able to collect information about their IP addresses. We do not obtain information from social platforms about the collected data and the way it is used. For more information about privacy on social media sites we suggest contacting the sites directly and reading their privacy policies. If the User does not want social media sites to obtain information about their visits on the Website, we recommend logging out of social media first;

B. analytical and marketing tools such as Google Analytics – a service that analyses online services and activities. Details of this Google service are available at https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/provision/?hl=pl#/provision. Google Analytics uses Cookies. The User has the option to disable Cookies storage function by appropriate settings in the browser software. However, there is a risk that it will lead to a situation where the User will not be able to make full use of all the functions on the website. We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of the website and to improve it in compliance with the users’ preferences. The information received by Cookies about the User’s use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, Google ensures that it uses data protection and security mechanisms provided for in the European regulations. WAYS OF DEFINING THE CONDITIONS FOR STORING AND ACCESSING COOKIE

1. The User has the possibility to restrict or disable access to Cookies on their device. While using this option it is possible to use the website, besides the options which require Cookies by their nature.

2. The User can independently, and at any time, change the Cookies settings by specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies by the User’s device. The User can change the settings referred to above, with the browser settings or with service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such way, as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in browser settings or inform about their each placement on the device.
